“The falafel is THE best I’ve ever had. The baklava is incredible. The bread is fresh and the shawarma isn’t ridiculously greasy. I’ve always ordered it on Uber Eats and it’s excellent, but I was in that part of town and went inside this time. Wonderful employees, extremely clean, and raising awareness about the atrocities being committed against the sweet Palestinian people at the same time. The owner, who is Palestinian, has family still there. He wasn’t there when I was, but I asked the man working the counter (who was extremely nice) to let him know that he has support here locally, even if it may not always feel like it. Support one of our most incredible local restaurants AND a good cause at the same time! (And donate to UNRWA.)”

“I ordered a small wedding cake from HAPPY BAKERY. I cannot recommend this bakery any higher. The cake was beyond delicious and the frosting as well, and I'm usually not a frosting fan. Finished product was simple and elegant as I had hoped. GREAT JOB!!”

“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️”

It still provides me a chocolate chip cookie without too much guilt. The young man behind the counter was a newer staff member but still greeted myself and my friend, took our order, answered questions and provided recommendations.”

“My family and I often get donuts in the evening when they're freshly delivered to locations around Highland. Last night, my cherry- centered donut with white icing was the best donut I've ever tasted. my children fight over them because they're just so good. I have to buy all 5 kids their favorite kind so there's not a war. We love your donuts and I look forward to buying them again soon!”

“I visited Shooters for the first time and was surprised by the amazing food. The portions are huge, so bring an appetite or order less. The waitress was great and saw to it that myself and my 17 friends were taken care of without ever messing up any orders! The whole group talked about the great-tasting food throughout the next day. It was quite memorable.”

For a Christmas Party for 22 guests got a pan of Rigatoni with meat sauce and a pan of Pasta con Broccoli, they both were a hit with my guests! Plan on using them again! Wonder if there is an Italian version of Jambalaya or Red Beans and Rice would definitely have it for out Mardi Gras Party in Soulard this coming February.”

“We have been going to La Casa for several years. They are one of our favorite restaurants around town. Always seated quickly, customer service is above expectations, and their food is so good! We recently used them to cater a party- everything was wonderful and they gave us tons of food! Pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend!!”

“Hard to find good quality traditional chicken wings out in this region, Wings and Things seems to have that ‘wing’ and ‘thing’ quality. Take out only, best to order ahead of time and pickup, although it can get busy in there. Another thing to add, there’s shelves of some groceries and snacks, including different canned/bottled beverages.”

“I needed some chocolate in my life as some self care after the last few weeks. I ate 1/2 of my brownie with marshmallow icing and OH MY GOODNESS! I see this craving coming, so delicious. Not too sweet, just the right gooey and chocolate flavor. I also ordered 2 cookies, 1 snickerdoodle and 1 s’mores. Plus banana pudding and another brownie with chocolate icing. Reasonable cost, friendly service and an excellent location.”

“Maybe I don't remember what I know really loves facial. Okay. This place has great pizza and a great price color half. Or less than other places they sell it made and you can take it home for easier or put it in the oven. It is excellent. The white sauce was a good too I would recommend it to anybody who likes pizza and likes fresh ingredients that are high quality. You can watch the prepreparation process. It was very welcome atmospwe're sure they're very friendly and helpful and remember the regular customers”

Greeted with a hearty welcome, and even though I wanted to try the crepes (they were out), the Creme Brûlée French Toast (soaked in Grand Mariner) was a delicious second choice! “first, the employees are awesome. the music that was playing was awesome. I had a long day, and just wanted to sit down and eat a good cheeseburger. I love burgers, but is hard to find a good place to eat burgers. it was my first time visiting 5 Guys. The gracious and beautiful lady explained in great detail the menu, how big each portion is. All employees had such a happy attitude that match the delicious food they cook, and create such a fun and great ambiance to eat! I'm going back that's for sure.”
