this is a fantastic Walmart location right off Peters Creek parkway in just south of everything in Winston-Salem North Carolina. They have some of the best selection of any Walmart including a full 🍅🍖🥖 grocery, home and garden, paint, kitchen and bath, electronics, toys, pharmacy, and more. The store also feels very safe with ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and entrances. The staff here are friendly and there are plenty of scanning go checkout options. This location also has a Murphy USA gas station.
A pretty good Walmart. A decent selection of food and other items. If you check out in a lane it's almost always a long line and wait though. I wish more registers would be open. I'm super pregnant right now so today my husband waited in line and I sat on a bench by the restrooms until it was our turn to check out. The cashiers have always been friendly.
An item I purchased earlier this week was marked at a cheaper price. I took a picture of the label and showed customer service. The representative, Jess said their employees forgot to change the label. They refused to honor the price difference. If you make a mistake, then you should honor the price difference. When I pointed that out, Jess began ignoring me. As someone who worked in the customer service industry, this is poor customer service. The next day, I came back to this store and returned everything I had bought including the item I bought earlier that week. I will never shop at Walmart again.

This store is absolutely terrible I would give it negative stars if I could . Yesterday I made a grocery pickup order around 10:00 am for an afternoon 5:00- 6:00 pm pickup. At almost 5:00 we got a notification say it maybe delayed up to 2 hours. I can’t drive because of a surgery an the person picking up for me can’t wait that long. I had to cancel my order. Today I placed the same order for the same pickup time. This time my wife was able to pick it up for us. We were notified it was on time. After she arrived and entered the parking spot, 40 minutes later they haven’t brought out our groceries. We can the number and got no answer. We left after trying to call again, 3rd call an associate said with an attitude we are busy. I canceled our order for the second day in a row. I got her name and if I have to crawl in that store i am speaking with the store manager. The location is terrible
Since Walmart has placed a lot of their products under lock and key you can’t get the help you need to purchase what you need. I have been to this store on four separate occasions to buy razors or shaving cream and every visit I have the same problem. I press the call button 4-5 times and no one responds. I try to call into the store to attempt to get the operator to get help, but no one ever answers the call. Each time I have to walk to self checkout and ask them to send someone. There’s a lot wrong with Walmart and society in general that has brought this on, and as a consumer, I can find my own solutions to not waste any more of my time.
