Hey LinkedIn family,I've been feeling a bit nostalgic lately, thinking back to where this incredible journey with The Goodfor Company started. It's hard to believe that just five years ago, I could never have imagined being invited to share my thoughts on podcasts and panels, let alone being considered a thought leader in my space. The twists and turns of the last year have been something else—so unpredictable, even AI couldn't have seen it coming (now, that's saying something, right?). It's been a time of shedding old beliefs about myself and my business, taking a step back, re-evaluating everything around me. Entrepreneurship, as many of you know, is like chasing a constantly moving target that has a not-so-mild case of ADHD. It's wild, it's challenging, and yet, it's so much fun! Anyway, last week I had the privilege of speaking at the DTC Yacht Dinner event, marking the first speaking opportunity since this "rebirth" of mine. It was invigorating, to say the least. The event was small and intimate, but it served as a powerful reminder of what I love most—connecting with incredible humans who openly share the good, the bad, and the ugly. It came at the perfect time, exactly when I needed it most.If you've read this far, thank you. The entrepreneurial road can get lonely sometimes, but it's these little reminders from the universe that show up when you're paying attention that make it all worthwhile. Grateful for the support and alignment with our mission. Here's to embracing the journey, learning from every twist, and finding joy in the chase. - J#Entrepreneurship #ReflectAndGrow #Gratitude #DTCYachtDinner #JourneyOfALifetime

Jack 951-837-7767 I have a power point that I would like to give. Two a company to learn how to work on Cell site’s. Providing installation 5G 6G. LTE. Having a opportunity to learn, and be educated, and have a career at knowing how to work on the Cell site’s across the United StatesIs a great career. Trying to get up with a owner of a company. That sees the opportunity. With this PowerPoint training. Phase 1 introduction to the industry face to learning how to do the installation phase 3. Learning how to do a close out and get paid. There are good margins. Working on Cell site’s. Industry is hurting for manpower.

A manager that tells a server that s/he is cut when the dining room is full, could be taking the correct action. The server remains on the clock until their tables are finished; and, the server needs to complete their side work, before clocking out. If demand increases unexpectedly, and the remaining staff levels cannot provide effective service, that (server) labor unit remains in place ready to help. More likely, by the time the server has completed their activities, demand has ebbed as forecasted and the remaining labor is sufficient to deliver the expected service levels.Bring proactive on costs, doesn’t have to negatively impact guest service. It’s all about the data-demand driven forecast, writing the schedule that anticipates and supplies labor in both BOH and FOH to meet that demand, then general managers must be taught to appropriately react to the situation on the ground. My firm has helped companies with revenues from $20-$30M+ to $2.5B make that transition from “gut” to data driven forecasting, scheduling and shift management. Call us. We can help you.
